Honolulu, HI – Pedestrian Hospitalized After Collision on Farrington Hwy

Honolulu, HI (May 9, 2025) – The Honolulu Police Department is investigating a crash involving a pedestrian in Ewa Beach on Wednesday, May 7.

HPD said the incident occurred at around 9:25 p.m. on Farrington Highway near Hikukahi Street. Police said a 34-year-old female motorist was traveling westbound on Farrington Highway when she struck a 27-year-old male pedestrian who was standing in the roadway near Hikukahi Street. As a result of the collision, Emergency Medical Services transported the man to an area hospital in critical condition. That said, the circumstances of the accident are currently being investigated by the police, and no further details have been made available.
