Oahu, HI – Injury-Causing Crash Closes H-1 Fwy at Waipahu Cutoff

Oahu, HI (May 29, 2025) – Officers with the Oahu Police Department responded to a major vehicle crash that took place on Thursday evening, May 29.

The crash happened around 9:30 p.m. on the westbound side of the H-1 Freeway, not far from the Waipahu Cutoff. That said, the cause of the crash is unknown at this time, and it’s unclear how many victim injuries were recorded at the site.
