Maui, HI – Truck Collision w/Injuries on Hana Hwy Under Inquiry

Maui, HI (June 23, 2025) – Officers with the Maui Police Department said a truck rolled over after a collision early Monday morning, June 23, along 2456 Hana Highway, east of Haiku Road.

The crash occurred at around 4:00 p.m., according to reports from the MPD. Engine 2/Maui firefighters extricated at least one person from the wreckage, but it’s unclear how many people were hurt in the incident. At this time, police said that neither speed, drugs, nor alcohol appeared to be contributing factors to this collision. The investigation is ongoing.
