Maui, HI – Man Critically Hurt in Auto Accident on Pali Hwy at Waokanaka St

Maui, HI (July 29, 2025) – A 30-year-old man remained in critical condition on Tuesday morning after a vehicle crash that occurred along the Pali Highway on Monday evening, July 28.

The crash happened at around 9:17 p.m. near Waokanaka Street, police said. Honolulu police said one of the vehicles involved had a front left tire blowout, causing an accident. EMS transported one man to the hospital in critical condition, but it’s unclear if any other injuries were reported at the site.
