Maui, HI (August 10, 2025) – Officers with the Maui Police Department say that at least two cars collided near mile marker 6 on the Kahekili Highway on Saturday evening, August 9.

The crash happened around 8:30 p.m. near the North Shore. That said, the cause of the crash is unknown at this time, and it’s unclear how many injuries were recorded at the site, but at least one person reportedly received medical attention. However, local law enforcement officials are currently investigating the crash.
