Honolulu, HI – Five Hospitalized After Major Crash on H-1 Fwy at Kunia Ex

Honolulu, HI (June 11, 2025) – Honolulu Emergency Services (EMS) responded to a two-vehicle collision on the H-1 freeway by the Kunia exit in the eastbound direction on Wednesday morning, June 11.

According to officials, the crash occurred at around 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday. EMS responded with multiple units and administered advanced life support to a 39-year-old man, a 35-year-old woman, and three children ages 4, 7, and 8. All five patients were rushed to the hospital in serious condition. However, no further details have been released at this time, and the incident remains under investigation.
