Car Accidents in Hawaii

Waipio, HI - Driver Cut From Vehicle After Late-Night Accident on I-H2 Near Ka Uka Blvd

In Hawaii, simply being injured in a car accident is not enough to allow you to seek financial compensation. If you sustained a serious and permanent injury, someone was killed, or your medical expenses total more than $5,000, you will have to show that the other driver was careless, malicious, or otherwise acted negligently and that you contributed to a smaller percentage of the accident before you will be able to bring a suit against the at-fault driver.

Regrettably, many car accidents involve intoxicated or irresponsible drivers who either carry no insurance at all or do not carry enough to compensate you fully for your injuries and damages.

This is why it takes a seasoned lawyer, one who understands the many nuances of Hawaii’s car insurance laws, to find other sources of reimbursement, like cases involving a driver with no insurance, or inadequate coverage.

If you were injured in a car accident caused by another person’s negligence, it is important that you reach out to a reputable Hawaii personal injury lawyer who understands what you and your family are going through. Having an experienced and aggressive advocator on your side will ensure you receive the full financial compensation for your injuries.

Proving these kinds of cases demands an experienced and knowledgeable lawyer. Our car accident attorneys in Honolulu have extensive experience in handling these kinds of cases and are ready to guide you through the process.
