Moped Collisions in Hawaii
Collisions between mopeds and bigger vehicles, like trucks, buses, or cars, frequently lead to serious and potentially deadly injuries. In many cases, the moped rider will endure the worse injury, due mainly to the fact that mopeds weigh much less than other motor vehicles and have absolutely no safety features.
If you were injured in a moped crash caused by another person’s negligence, your path to recovery will probably be a long, expensive one. The healing process can be made even more trying if the at-fault driver or their insurance carrier attempts to deny fault or refuses to offer you the financial compensation you need and are entitled to.
