Waianae, HI (August 12, 2022) – The Honolulu Police Department was called to investigate an accident that caused the death of a 38-year-old man in Waianae on Sunday, August 7th. 

According to sources, the incident took place at about 9:30 p.m. when a 38-year-old man driving a Mazda minivan and a 66-year-old man driving a Toyota pick-up truck collided. 

The 66-year-old man was in stable condition. 

The 38-year-old man was transported to a local hospital where he passed away. 

The four passengers in the minivan were also taken to an area hospital in stable condition.
