Car Accidents in Hawaii

Punaluu, HI - Pedestrian Found Unconscious in Roadway After Crash on Kamehameha Hwy

Multiple types of negligence put thousands of innocent people in harm’s way each and every day, including joggers, bicyclists, pedestrians, children, and even other motorists and their passengers.

When someone behind the wheel of an object that has the power to kill is careless, irresponsible or distracted for even a second, the chances of them killing an innocent victim or leaving a victim with critical injuries are quite high.

Some motor vehicle accidents are the result of an outside influence over which no one has any control. It is much more common for crashes to be caused by driver recklessness or negligence.
