Maui, HI – Pukakani St Site of Two-Vehicle Rollover Crash, Injuries

Maui, HI (July 24, 2024) – A serious vehicle crash occurred on Wednesday, July 24, and local officers with the Maui Police Department reported to the scene to investigate.

Shortly before 1:00 p.m., emergency responders were sent to the scene. The incident apparently involved at least two vehicles that collided along Pukakani Street. Officials stated that one of the vehicles apparently rolled over and caught fire following the initial accident at the scene. A number of potential victim injuries were also reported, requiring MPD officers and Maui Fire Department squads to respond.
