Hawaii Car Accidents

In Hawaii, car crashes happen every single day, numerous times per day. On average, the state sees approximately 10,000 vehicle collisions per year. These crashes result in injuries and fatalities for a large number of people. Sadly, hundreds lose their lives annually due to Hawaii auto collisions.

Car crashes happen throughout the nation for several different reasons. The majority of reported auto collisions in America and in the state of Hawaii are caused by negligent driving. Drivers who are distracted, intoxicated, fatigued, or traveling at unsafe speeds put themselves and everyone around them at serious risk of sustaining injuries or even losing their lives. The statistics related to negligent driving are alarming, showing that over 90% of reported car crashes in the US are the result of some type of driver negligence.

When you or someone you love has been hurt in a car crash, it is important to be able to determine how the collision occurred, especially if you know it was not your fault. If you are under the impression that your accident was caused by the actions of a negligent driver, you may be eligible to collect financial compensation for your losses and damages. No one should ever have to go broke paying for damages, injuries, and losses caused by another person’s negligence.
