Kunia, HI – Injury Accident Reported on Kualakai Parkway near H-1

Kunia, HI (November 6, 2023) – The Honolulu Police Department and firefighters were called to the scene of a crash in Kunia that resulted in injuries. At approximately 5:15 a.m. on November 6, calls for assistance came in regarding a crash that took place on Kualakai Parkway.

Authorities arrived at the scene and located damaged vehicles on the Parkway overpass near the exit for H1 East. The incident caused disruptions in traffic as emergency crews worked to clear the road.

Medics were called to care for those harmed in the accident. At least one person was transported to a local medical facility for further care.

Officers with the Honolulu Police Department are currently investigating.
