Car Accidents in Hawaii

Automobile accidents occur frequently in Hawaii. Regrettably, these accidents are often a result of negligent and reckless drivers. One significant factor is distracted driving, which includes activities like texting, talking on the phone, or even eating while behind the wheel.

Another common cause of automobile accidents is speeding. This is often fueled by a desire to reach popular tourist destinations quickly. The unique geography and weather conditions in Hawaii also contribute to accidents, such as narrow roads with sharp turns, which can catch unfamiliar drivers off guard, especially during rainy conditions when roads become slippery.

Unfortunately, any motor vehicle accident can result in severe injuries for those involved. We often see injured parties left with broken bones, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and even concussions as a result of collisions. Dealing with these and other painful injuries in the aftermath of an automobile accident can be quite difficult.
