Car Accidents in Hawaii

Car accidents are reported every day in Hawaii. Many of these accidents have an overwhelming impact on the lives of those involved. Unfortunately, many accidents are preventable.

There are several reasons why we continue to see car accidents take place across Hawaii. Some of the leading factors include:

  • Impaired Driving: Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is a significant factor in accidents.
  • Aggressive Driving: Tailgating, road rage, and aggressive maneuvers contribute to collisions.

  • Fractures: Broken bones are common in high-impact collisions.
  • Soft Tissue Injuries: Sprains, strains, and bruises can result from the force of an accident.
  • Head Injuries: Concussions or more severe traumatic brain injuries can occur, especially in accidents with significant impact.
