Motorcycle Accidents in Hawaii

Kapolei, HI - Man Critical Following Early-Morning Motorcycle Crash on Kualakai Pky

Accidents involving motorcycles often leave riders with catastrophic injuries because of the absence of any safety features. Common motorcycle injuries include:

  • Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Bone breaks/Bone Fractures
  • Damage to the spine
  • Disc Injury/Disc Herniation
  • Death

Catastrophic injuries typically lead to catastrophic economic damages. From hospital bills to lost earnings to intense pain and suffering, the economic impacts of a motorcycle crash can be absolutely ruinous to accident victims and their families.

These financial ramifications must be handled as soon as possible.

Since July 2015, the law in Hawaii does not require motorcyclists to carry insurance. Due to this, riders who are injured by another driver’s negligence and do not have insurance have no choice but to turn to the insurance of the liable driver.
