Motorcycle Injuries in Hawaii

Kaneohe, HI - Motorcyclist Dies Days After Serious Crash at Kalanianaole Hwy and Kamehameha Hwy

Only 3% of all registered vehicles in Hawaii are motorcycles, but these vehicles are involved in close to 15% of all deadly traffic accidents. Motorcycle crashes are typically very serious because not only are riders fully exposed to the ground and other vehicles, but they have absolutely no safety protections for their riders.

If you were hurt in a motorcycle accident in Hawaii, you might be qualified to collect damages that can cover your medical costs, lost income from being unable to work, and other losses.

The NHTSA’s Share the Road program was created for the sole purpose of raising awareness of the safety of motorcyclists. Regrettably, motorcycle crashes still happen, and most riders find themselves critically injured in the aftermath.
