Automobile accidents are reported every day in Hawaii. These accidents add up to thousands of people being injured as a result of collisions in our state each year. Many of these accidents are caused by negligence. Among the common causes of car accidents in the state are fatigue-related incidents, distracted driving, speeding and reckless behavior, adverse weather conditions, tailgating, drunk or impaired driving, and infractions like running red lights or stop signs and failing to yield the right of way.

These accidents can lead to a range of injuries, from herniated or bulging discs, fractures, traumatic brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries to severe burns, paralysis, and amputations. The physical, emotional, and financial toll of such injuries can be overwhelming.
