Kalihi, HI – Injuries Reported in Serious Auto Accident on H1 near Middle St Merge

Kalihi, HI (January 27, 2023) – A car accident happened in Kalihi on the afternoon of January 27. At approximately 12:36 p.m., emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of the accident on H1. 

According to reports, the crash happened on H1 near the merge with Middle Street. A motorist was struck by another vehicle for reasons still being investigated. 

Multiple responders were sent to the scene to render aid and investigate. At least one individual was in need of emergency medical care at the crash site. 

Those with injuries were treated by paramedics and transported to area hospitals as necessary. Currently, no one involved has been identified to the public.
