Traffic Accidents in Hawaii

Pedestrian travel is a simple and efficient way to get around. However, it can be one of the most dangerous and vulnerable methods of transportation. Pedestrians travel with little to no protection against the weight and force of fast-moving, heavy vehicles. If a traffic collision does end up happening that involves a pedestrian, the pedestrian usually suffers severe or even fatal injuries.

In Hawaii, pedestrian accidents are some of the most severe and devastating types of traffic accidents that take place. Each year, numerous pedestrians lose their lives in the United States. Unfortunately, the majority of these accidents are caused by negligence, either on the part of the driver or the pedestrian. More often than not, however, the crash is caused by a negligent driver. If you or someone you love has recently been hurt in a pedestrian crash caused by a negligent driver, you have legal options to help you recover.

Having the help of a skilled legal advocate when you’re hurt in a pedestrian crash is always in your best interest. A personal injury lawyer can help you recover in a multitude of different ways if you were hurt by driver negligence. You may be suffering financially, physically, and emotionally after sustaining injuries in a severe auto accident. A lawyer can help prove who caused your crash, and when it is proven that it was caused by another person’s negligent actions, an attorney will help you collect financial compensation for the losses, damages, and injuries you may be dealing with related to your accident.

You may be able to better focus on your physical and emotional recovery if you’re able to get your finances in order without having to worry. Crash victims who sustain injuries due to other people’s negligent actions should always be able to recover without worrying about money, which is why, at the law office of Leavitt, Yamane, & Soldner, we have been working for decades to help injured crash victims get their lives back on track.
