Kailua, HI – Injury-Causing Crash on Mokapu Blvd near Kapaa Quarry Rd

Kailua, HI (March 7, 2023) – On the evening of March 7, a traffic accident happened in Kailua that required an emergency response. Authorities went to the scene with paramedics and fire crews in order to help the people involved in the accident. 

According to information from police, an accident blocked several lanes of Mokapu Boulevard near Kapaa Quarry Road. Distress calls were made to authorities at around 9:15 p.m. concerning the crash.

The roadway was blocked while paramedics worked to help injured victims at the scene. At least one person was taken to the hospital for further care.
