Kahului, HI – Injuries Reported on Crash on Ka’ahumamu Ave

Kahului, HI (November 8, 2023) – The Maui Police Department confirmed that an automobile accident occurred just after 6:00 a.m. on November 6.

According to official reports, a collision between vehicles occurred on Ka’ahumamu Avenue in the area near Maui Beach Hotel. The incident blocked some lanes of travel, causing disruptions in the area.

Officers with the Maui Police Department and local firefighters responded to assist.

A female involved in the accident was injured and transported to a local hospital for emergency medical care.

At this time, the incident is being investigated by the police in Maui.
