Kahului, HI (August 19, 2023) – The police and firefighters were called to provide assistance at the scene of an automobile accident that took place in the Kahului area.

At around 2:05 p.m. on August 18, authorities were notified that an automobile accident occurred on Ho’ohana Street. Authorities arrived at the scene and shut down the roadway near East Kamehameha Avenue.

One female involved in the accident was injured. The woman was transported by EMS to a local hospital for emergency care.
