Honolulu, HI (September 16, 2023) – A major car crash was reported to police in Honolulu on the morning of September 16. Several responders went to the scene at around 10:35 a.m., according to reports. 

Local sources say that at least one person was hurt in the accident that occurred on the Farrington Highway near Hakimo Road. Vehicles collided for reasons still undetermined by area authorities. 

Those with injuries received emergency medical care at the crash site before being taken to the hospital by ambulance. The roadway was blocked for an extended time period due to the crash scene, forcing local drivers to use alternate routes.
