Honolulu, HI – Two Hurt in Car Crash near Pearl City onramp on H-1

Honolulu, HI (November 20, 2022) – Two were seriously hurt in a two-car accident on a highway in Honolulu on Friday night. The incident was reported to officials in the area at round 9:30 p.m. on November 17. 

Rescue crews stated they found a car crash involving two vehicles with one overturned near the Pearl City onramp on H-1. Officials said firefighters had to extricate one person who was pinned between a van and a concrete median. 

EMS stated that a 17-year-old girl and a 56-year-old woman were taken to the hospital in serious condition. What caused the accident is unclear at this time. 

An investigation is currently being carried out by area authorities.
