Honolulu, HI – Two-Car Accident on Kunia Rd near Schofield Barracks

Honolulu, HI (April 9, 2023) – On the morning of April 7, in the Wahiawa area of Honolulu, a serious car accident happened that required an emergency response. At approximately 11:04 a.m., emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of the crash on Kunia Road. 

Officials report the crash took place near Schofield Barracks and the Kunia Tunnels between two vehicles. Multiple responders were sent to the wreck site to help those involved. 

At least one person was hurt and in need of extensive medical care. Responders worked to transport seriously injured patients to area hospitals.
