The average cost related to serious car crash injuries is in the tens of thousands.

Statistics gathered around the most common reasons auto collisions happen in the United States show that negligent driving is the main culprit behind the majority of car crashes in the US. Speeding, fatigue, driver intoxication, and driver distraction are all leading types of driver negligence in Hawaii and throughout the nation. Every year, negligent drivers cause 9 out of 10 American car accidents. This is equal to millions of car accidents.
