Hawaii Car Crashes

Car crashes occur throughout Hawaii several times a day. Each year, about 10,000 individuals are injured in these wrecks.  Oftentimes, those hurt in car crashes are left to deal with a long list of trying consequences.

If you have recently been hurt in a car accident, you may be suffering from emotional turmoil and painful injuries. Depending on the severity of your injuries, you may be stuck recovering in the hospital for an extensive time period after your crash. Not only is it stressful to be stuck in the hospital, but you may also be unable to return to work. You may be worrying about the financial aspect of your situation. The average cost related to serious car crash injuries is in the tens of thousands.

Statistics gathered around the most common reasons auto collisions happen in the United States show that negligent driving is the main culprit behind the majority of car crashes in the US. Speeding, fatigue, driver intoxication, and driver distraction are all leading types of driver negligence in Hawaii and throughout the nation. Every year, negligent drivers cause 9 out of 10 American car accidents. This is equal to millions of car accidents.

If you were hurt in a crash you did not cause, you may be eligible for financial compensation that can help you cover the expenses that stem from your crash. The cost of your vehicle repairs, medical care, lost wages, and other damages may be able to be paid for by financial compensation if you file a personal injury claim.
