Honolulu, HI (May 28, 2022) – On Saturday, May 28th, local law enforcement officers, and emergency responders were called to the scene of a traffic accident with injuries in Honolulu.

The accident happened at about 11:00 p.m. in the westbound lanes of Interstate H1 in the vicinity of the Punahou Street exit. 

The area was closed down at the Punahou Street overpass as the disabled vehicles were moved out of the lanes of travel and EMTs arrived on the scene to medically transport the injured parties. Their names and current conditions are not known.

This incident is under investigation by local police.
