Motor Vehicle Crashes in Hawaii
Two of the most common causes of vehicle crashes in Hawaii are:
Driving Who Are Intoxicated: As reported by a media outlet out of Honolulu, motorists in Hawaii have the highest total of auto collisions per capita in the United States. Most of these incidents are the result of motorists who have had too much to drink. In Hawaii, a car crash attorney can effectively coordinate information and keep you up to date on any details relating to any ongoing criminal proceedings in order to ensure that full financial compensation is given to those who need it.
Driving Excessively Fast: Sadly, this thought that it is okay to circumvent the law is exactly what places Hawaii residents in even more danger due to vehicles driving too fast. A second publication referenced by a local news source states that motorists from the state of Hawaii are in the top 10th percentile in terms of collisions resulting from motor vehicles being driven well above the legal posted speed limit.
Traffic accidents in Hawaii can be very difficult to deal with. One of the reasons for this is that you or your loved one might have endured considerable injuries caused by the crash.
If so, you are probably struggling to find a way to balance the endless amount of paperwork coming at you from all sides, including claims adjusters and your insurance provider, your specialist, surgeon, physician, and other healthcare professionals, the other driver’s car insurance company, along with anybody else who was even remotely involved.
Our attorneys have spent their careers effectively handling these people while providing dependable legal services to those who are currently dealing with an incredibly overwhelming and stressful situation.
