Honolulu, HI – Pedestrian Injured on I-H1 at Koko Head

Honolulu, HI (June 20, 2022) – Honolulu police officers, and emergency response teams were on the scene following reports of an injured pedestrian in the roadway on Monday, June 20th in Oahu.
The accident took place at about 8:35 p.m. in the westbound lanes of Interstate H1 at the Koko Head overpass.
The area was closed down as paramedics also arrived on the scene. Once there, they rendered pre-hospital emergency care and transportation to at least one injured person.
The extent of their injuries has not been disclosed.
This incident is under police investigation.
