Motorcycle Crashes in Hawaii

Honolulu, HI - One Hospitalized After Two-Vehicle Crash on Pali Hwy

After a serious motorcycle accident, victims and their families will have to face the uphill battle of trying to work with the insurance carrier of the at-fault driver. At the offices of Leavitt, Yamane & Soldner, we regularly prevent these and numerous other delay strategies via strong litigation and the readiness to see your personal injury case through to trial if necessary.

The quicker a representative from the insurance company can talk to the victim, the more chances they have to collect evidence that they will then use against you in upcoming negotiations. The insurance company is not required to negotiate in good faith with or offer benefits to an injured motorcycle accident victim if they are able to unequivocally show that their policyholder was not the one at fault for the crash.

Usually, the only way to collect a fair settlement award or jury verdict for a Hawaii personal injury claim is to file a lawsuit and aggressively litigate the claim. Some insurance carriers even have a reputation for forcing cases to trial. A popular tactic employed by insurance companies is to hinder the legal process for as long as they possibly can and hope that the plaintiff or their family will ultimately give up and admit defeat.

Our Honolulu motorcycle accident lawyers have decades of experience in successfully negotiating these types of cases and are fully prepared to guide and advise you and your family throughout the entire legal process.
