Honolulu, HI – Motorcyclist Suffers Critical Injuries in Crash on H-3 Freeway

Honolulu, HI (January 2, 2022) – A motorcycle crash caused severe injuries in Honolulu on Monday afternoon, January 2. Reports indicate the crash happened at around 12:55 p.m on the H-3 Freeway.  

Honolulu EMS stated that advanced life support was administered to the motorcyclist at the scene. He was transported to a nearby hospital for additional treatment. 

The identity of the motorcyclist has not been reported at this time. Additionally, the circumstances of the accident are under police investigation. 

The H-3 Freeway was closed at the on and off-ramp for the Kamehameha Highway for an extended time period while crews worked at the crash scene.
