Honolulu, HI (December 11, 2022) – A moped driver, age 68, is in serious condition after a traffic accident in Honolulu on Saturday, December 10. Reports concerning the accident showed it occurred at around 9:20 p.m.
Sources say the collision took place on Diamond Head Road when the moped driver was rear-ended by another vehicle headed west. Authorities reported the driver left the scene without stopping and has yet to be found.
Both the driver of the moped, along with his passenger, age 38, were transported to a local hospital in serious condition. At this time, it remains unknown what caused the accident.
