Automobile accidents occur far too often in Hawaii. In fact, tens of thousands of people are injured every year as a result of them. When drivers are operating their vehicles on our roadways, it is important that they maintain control over their vehicles and that they are safe and considerate of others. Unfortunately, there are countless instances where people are harmed in accidents as a result of the negligent and careless actions of other motorists.
Far too many accidents take place as a result of drivers who are traveling too fast. Speeding increases the likelihood that a driver will lose control of their vehicle and crashed into another.
There are also many accidents that take place as a result of drivers who fail to yield. Whether a driver is switching lanes or turning at an intersection, it is crucial that they remain mindful to other vehicles sharing the road.
