Millions are injured, and tens of thousands lose their lives in these wrecks. At this time, driver negligence is the leading reason auto collisions take place in the country. Fatigue, distraction, speeding, and intoxication cause millions to become injured and thousands to lose their lives per year.

Negligent driving is dangerous. Despite this obvious fact, it has become the most common reason people become involved in auto accidents. In Hawaii, driver intoxication is currently one of the most common reasons people sustain injuries.
