Hawaii Car Crashes
Fatal and injurious car crashes in Hawaii happen for many different reasons, most of which include driver negligence. Driver intoxication and speeding are two extremely common forms of negligence demonstrated by drivers in the Aloha state. Collisions caused by speeding often result in more severe injuries and a higher number of fatalities than accidents that happen for other reasons. Driver negligence is the main contributing factor in car crashes in Hawaii and throughout the United States.
About ¼ of traffic accident deaths in the United States were caused by the actions of intoxicated drivers in 2020. Approximately ¾ of the deceased victims were drinking and driving when they passed away. When we choose to drink and operate motor vehicles, impaired judgment, and blurred vision can completely alter our ability to drive, causing extremely dangerous situations for everyone involved. Accidents caused by intoxicated drivers are often more catastrophic than any other type of crash.
If you or someone you love has been hurt in a car crash caused by driver intoxication, speeding, or any other form of negligence, you may qualify for financial compensation.
