Honolulu, HI – Injuries Follow H-1 Freeway Crash Toward Koko Head Overpass

Honolulu, HI (March 31, 2023) – At 8:20 a.m. on March 31, the Honolulu Police Department and firefighters were called to the scene of an automobile accident that took place in ended in injuries.

Reports provided by the police show that two right lanes of travel were blocked on the H-1 Freeway in the area near the Koko Head overpass.

The police and firefighters responded to the scene and immediately shut down multiple lanes of travel.

Paramedics went to work quickly on treating the victim to suffered injuries in the accident. At least one person was then transported to a local hospital for further care.

The Honolulu Police Department is currently investigating the accident.
