Honolulu, HI – Four Hurt in T-bone Crash on Rte 63 & School St

Honolulu, HI (August 26, 2024) – According to local officers with the Honolulu Police Department (HPD), four people remain hospitalized in serious condition following a two-vehicle “T-bone” crash in the Kalihi area on Sunday, August 25, Honolulu EMS said.

It happened around 7:15 p.m. on Route 63 (Likelike Highway) and School Street. EMS said paramedics treated four patients — two men in their 60s, a man in his 70s, and a 31-year-old woman. Authorities have not said if the crash involved any other victims or victims. Emergency medical services provided treatment to victims who were injured in the crash and transported them to area hospitals, though the current conditions of all the injured victims involved in the incident are still unknown. At this time, officials are investigating the incident and have not provided specific details about those involved. Any witnesses with additional information were asked to contact the HPD.
