Bicycle Collision Victims in Hawaii

Honolulu, HI - Cyclist Hospitalized After Being Struck by Driver on Kapiolani Blvd

Whether you are a lifelong local or a tourist who was enjoying a bicycle ride on your vacation, a bicycle crash can create many unpleasant and unwelcome hardships in your life. Your injuries could be extensive and demand a lengthy and expensive hospital stay, physical rehabilitation, and an extended recovery period. As you deal with these difficulties, a protracted legal claim may seem like the last thing you need on your plate.

Our personal injury lawyers are here to take the burden off of you. We are ready to help you seek the financial compensation you deserve to cover your medical bills and other damages. At Leavitt, Yamane & Soldner, our practice is dedicated to helping victims pursue everything they need for their physical and economic recovery. No matter what the specifics of your claim are, our skilled bicycle injury attorneys in Hawaii can provide the guidance you need to secure the financial compensation to which the law entitles you.

It is not unusual for an injured victim to have no idea what the first step is in bringing a personal injury claim. They are inundated with appointments and bills during their recovery process, all while being in an incredible amount of pain. They are also forced to take time off of work, adding to the already unimaginable amount of stress they are under trying to stay ahead of financial ruin. Add to this unbidden calls from insurance adjusters offering them ridiculously small settlements and, unsurprisingly, many victims consent to a lowball offer just to put an end to the nightmarish process.

Don’t be a victim again. Agreeing to the first settlement you are offered is almost always a huge mistake. It is common practice for insurance companies to proffer the smallest settlement they can, and, given that victims need money for medical expenses right away, even the most insulting of offers can seem tempting.

Rest assured, the insurance company is fully aware of what it’s doing. This is just one of the reasons it is so important that you speak with a reputable attorney as soon as possible. We know the ploys and underhanded tactics they will use to pay out as little as possible. It is our mission to ensure that you do not walk away from the proverbial table with less than you deserve.

The experienced Hawaii personal injury attorneys at Leavitt, Yamane & Soldner have the resources and diligence necessary to secure the full amount of compensation the law entitles you to either via a favorable verdict or a fair settlement.
