Honolulu, HI – Crash on Kamehameha Highway at Pounders Beach

Honolulu, HI (October 10, 2023) – On October 10, officers with the Honolulu Police Department responded to the scene of a traffic-related incident that ended in injuries.

The accident occurred at around 5:44 a.m.

According to HPD reports, a motor vehicle accident involving an unknown number of vehicles occurred on Kamehameha Highway at Pounders Beach. The incident prompted authorities to shut down the roadway as they assisted at the scene for more than 30 minutes.

Medics were requested to respond to the scene to care for those injured and transport them to local hospitals.

The Honolulu Police Department is currently in charge of the investigation.
