Car Accidents in Hawaii

In Hawaii, countless individuals are injured in car crashes on a yearly basis. Unfortunately, these accidents can happen for a variety of reasons. In most cases, automobile accidents take place due to negligence. One major factor in vehicle collisions across Hawaii is distracted driving. This includes instances where drivers are talking, texting on their phones, or eating while behind the wheel. Diverting their attention away from the road can significantly increase the risk of a motor vehicle collision taking place.

Driving too fast for certain road conditions can also lead to a vehicle accident. Unfortunately, drivers who are speeding do not have the ability to react in time to avoid collisions and unexpected situations. We also see many accidents take place as a result of impairment, fatigue, and inclement weather conditions.

Unfortunately, any type of accident has the potential to cause severe harm to those involved. We see thousands of people injured every year as a result of vehicle collisions. Some of the most common injuries reported in crashes include:

  • Internal injuries
  • Psychological trauma
  • Soft tissue wounds
  • Burns
  • Broken bones
