Honolulu, HI – Bicyclist Critically Injured in HIt & Run on N King St near Post Office

Honolulu, HI (March 16, 2023) – A bicyclist suffered critical injuries in a hit-and-run accident that happened in Kalihi on Wednesday night, March 15. At approximately 11:00 p.m., the incident was reported to officials in the area, who promptly responded. 

Information from police shows that a 49-year-old man was riding his bike headed west on North King Street when he was hit by a car. EMS said the victim suffered head and leg injuries. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition. 

Police are working to determine the cause of the accident.
