Hawaii Auto Accidents

Car accidents are one of the main reasons people sustain serious injuries and lose their lives in the United States and in the state of Hawaii. It was reported by the Hawaii Department of Health that over 30 car crashes that result in serious injuries happen throughout the Aloha state each day. Auto collisions are the second most common reason individuals are hospitalized and the fifth most common cause of death in Hawaii. The Hawaii Department of Transportation shows that 101 people lost their lives due to fatal auto accidents in 2017 in the state.

Despite Hawaii’s awesome reputation as a beautiful island getaway, auto accidents happen frequently here. These collisions range from minor fender-benders to side-swipes and t-bone crashes that end in serious damage. In one recent year, more than 100 people lost their lives in Hawaii auto accidents.
