Hawaii Car Accidents

Four of five traffic accidents reported in the United States are caused by the actions of negligent drivers. Every single year, more than 6 million car accidents happen throughout the country, so when we consider this massive number of collisions, it is alarming to think that the majority of them are caused by negligent driving. Every day, more than 17,000 auto collisions are reported throughout the country. About 7,500 people are injured in these accidents daily.

In the state of Hawaii, more than 10,000 traffic collisions happen per year. As previously mentioned, the story remains the same in Hawaii, where most of the crashes are caused by driver negligence. Currently, driver intoxication and distraction are the main cause of car accidents throughout the Aloha State. Other common forms of driver negligence include fatigue and speeding. Drivers who choose to act negligently while behind the wheel cause countless individuals to sustain injuries and lose their lives in the United States each year.

Those who sustain injuries in auto accidents should always be able to determine how their accidents occurred. This is important because if the crash was not their fault, they may be eligible for financial compensation that can help them recover. If you or someone you love sustained injuries in an auto accident caused by driver negligence, you deserve to be able to recover financially without having to worry. You may be suffering a great deal due to the extent of your injuries, both mental and physical. Allow a car crash lawyer to help you file a personal injury claim for financial compensation. Compensation can help you pay for a long list of damages that may have resulted from your accident, such as:

  • Pain
  • Suffering
  • Lost wages
  • Lost future earning capacity
  • Medical bills
  • Vehicle repair costs
  • etc

A severe car accident can totally upend your life and how you are used to living. You may not be able to do the things you used to before your crash, which can be overwhelming and depressing.
