Hawaii Car Crashes
Though Hawaii is a beautiful island paradise and a popular vacation destination for millions of people every single year, it is no stranger to car accidents. About 20,000 vehicle accidents are reported yearly throughout the Aloha state. These crashes happen for numerous reasons, including bad weather, car problems, and driver negligence. Unfortunately, negligent driving is the main culprit in causing the majority of auto accidents in the state of Hawaii and across the US.
Every single year, over 400,000 vehicle accidents happen due to the actions of distracted drivers. Sadly, about 3,000 people end up losing their lives in these collisions yearly. Additionally, over 100,000 accidents happen because of drivers who are overtired while behind the wheel. Additionally, intoxicated driving is behind over 30% of the national accident fatality rate. These types of driver negligence and others cause millions of people to suffer debilitating injuries every single year in the United States.
If you or someone you love has been hurt by the actions of a negligent driver, you have grounds to file a personal injury claim for financial compensation. You may be eligible to collect compensation for a long list of damages, including pain, suffering, medical bills, vehicle, repairs, and more.
