Honolulu, HI – Auto Accident on Kapiolani Blvd near Atkinson Dr

Honolulu, HI (February 22, 2023) – A major car crash happened in Honolulu on the night of February 22. At approximately 9:22 p.m., multiple responders were sent to the scene to render aid and investigate. 

According to reports, the incident happened on Kapiolani Boulevard near Atkinson Drive. At least two vehicles crashed and caused injuries. EMS and HPD were seen working at the crash site. 

One or more injured parties were transported to the hospital for emergency treatment. Their names have not been reported at this time. 

Traffic was backed up in the area while emergency responders worked to clear the wreckage from the road and help injured victims. Police in Honolulu continue to investigate.
