Hawaii Car Crashes
Tens of thousands of car accidents happen every year in Hawaii. Many people are left with severe injuries, and some even lose their lives due to these crashes. Car accidents are among the top ten leading reasons people sustain severe injuries and lose their lives in the United States. Each year, approximately 3 million individuals suffer injuries in car crashes throughout the country. Sadly, over 30,000 are killed annually by American auto accidents.
Car accidents usually result in injuries such as:
- Broken bones
- Spinal cord injuries
- Brain injuries
Right now, the majority of American car crashes are caused by negligent drivers. Over 90% of auto collisions throughout the nation are caused by driver negligence. Accidents that happen due to the actions of negligent drivers are often more catastrophic and devastating than crashes that occur for other reasons.
The consequences that stem from a severe crash are often difficult to overcome, especially without the help of an attorney. You may be suffering from painful injuries as well as financial difficulties and emotional stress. It is vital for negligent drivers to be held responsible for their careless and reckless actions, so the same thing is less likely to happen in the future.
Unfortunately, the insurance company’s goal is to get you to settle for as little compensation as possible, even if it means putting you in a difficult spot financially.
