Hawaii Kai, HI – Auto Collision Results in Injuries on Hawaii Kai Dr near 7-11, South of Pepeekeo

Hawaii Kai, HI (December 23, 2022) – At least one person sustained injuries in a car accident on the morning of December 23 in Hawaii Kai. At approximately 11:36 a.m., emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of an accident on  Hawaii Kai Drive. 

Reports concerning the incident show it happened just south of Pepeekeo near the 7-11 store. Both southbound lanes were closed while emergency crews worked in the area. 

EMS rendered aid to injured parties on-site. The total number of injured victims has not been reported at this time. 

Delays in traffic ensued near the wreck site while crews worked on the road. Drivers were urged to use alternate routes for the time being.
