Hawaii Auto Collisions

Sustaining injuries in a car crash can be scary and painful. An experience like this is not something anyone wants to go through. People who are hurt in car wrecks can suffer for days, weeks, or even months after their accidents. Depending on the severity of their injuries, injured crash victims may need to stay in the hospital for prolonged periods of time. They may need to undergo invasive medical care and even surgery in order to completely recover. An experience like this can be draining, expensive, and time-consuming.

Hawaii sees tens of thousands of car wrecks per year. On average, about 20,000 people are hurt in these accidents. Unfortunately, most of the auto accidents reported in Hawaii and throughout the United States take place due to negligence. Intoxicated, distracted, or fatigued driving is selfish and dangerous and may lead to severe or even fatal accidents. A car crash lawyer in Ewa Beach is the surest way to recover completely after you were hurt in a car crash caused by driver negligence.

It is important for injured crash victims to understand their legal right toward compensation if they’ve been injured by another person’s negligent actions. Driver negligence leads to more than 90% of the car crashes reported in the United States. If you or someone you love was injured in a crash caused by a drunk, drowsy, or distracted driver, you deserve to be fully compensated for your losses and injuries.

Lost wages, medical costs, vehicle repairs, and more may be able to be covered by compensation by filing a personal injury claim with an attorney. Even non-economic damages like loss of consortium, pain and suffering, and more can be covered by financial compensation depending on the circumstances of the crash. A personal injury attorney can help you figure out if you are entitled to compensation for your injuries.
