Our Hawaii vehicle injury lawyers are prepared to aid our clients in receiving multiple forms of recovery, such as:

  • Damage to Property: If your vehicle or another piece of personal property was broken or damaged in your accident, then your compensation should take into account the cost of repairs or the replacement of the damaged or broken items.
  • Medical Bills: Financial compensation for medical expenditures covers a wide array of things. Emergency room costs, insurance co-pays, physical therapy, cognitive therapy, specialist consultation bills, medical apparatuses, and home carers can all add to the massive amount of bills that injured victims are inundated with. In addition to the above-listed damages, your lawyer may also be able to obtain compensation for your future medical expenses.
  • Lost Income: It is not unusual for victims to be physically unable to return to work either temporarily or for good. If your injury is so severe that you are unable to work for a substantial period of time, your lost earnings need to be included in your award.
  • Pain and Suffering: An effective lawyer can successfully pursue compensation for the pain and psychological trauma, such as post-traumatic stress disorder, that crash victims often undergo. The value for pain and suffering will vary for each case and hinges on the nature and degree of your injuries. To qualify for this form of compensation, you will be required to file a third-party claim or a lawsuit.

When it comes to determining what damages you may be entitled to, a seasoned lawyer can assess your losses and earnestly seek the recovery you need.
